Internvention
A wide variety of intervention services are offered at BC Speech, Language and Communication, and are tailor-made to meet the needs of each client. Intervention can be provided 1:1 or in small groups, with or without family members participating, and can be in-person or on-line. Specialized approaches for children who are deaf or hard of hearing and who are on the autism spectrum can be used to support the communication approach chosen by a client’s family, and the intervention and school teams. At BC Speech, Language and communication, we believe in acting as a team player, and closely coordinating services with other professional members of a client’s team and his/her family.
